Under the supervision of the Director of Hospitality, the Bartender courteously and professionally serves all residents and their guests cocktails, wine, and drinks in the dining room and bar. Job Description:
Performs opening and closing duties for the bar and lounge area to include stocking bar, maintaining sanitation guidelines, and setting up hors d' oeuvres for happy hour
Prepares and courteously serves residents and guests beverages and closes out tickets as drinks are served. Is responsible for ensuring that all tickets have a correct signature on them
Notify Dir. of Hospitality or any malfunctioning bar equipment
The ability to take ownership for associate's safety and the safety of the residents
Must disclose any medication that might impair associate's ability to perform the job safely or competently.
