Entry Level CNA

Sunview Respiratory & Rehab is hiring individuals interested in becoming Certified Assisted Living Caregiver. As part of the AHCA Workforce, Outreach and Retention are Keys to Success (WORKS) program, we are recruiting new and talented individuals interested in becoming CNAs in skilled nursing facilities and Caregivers in assisted living centers. AHCA WORKS will place interested candidates in training programs, fully funding the education necessary to become certified to serve on the frontline of long-term care. We will also assist in job placement and provide ongoing support to individuals trained through the AHCA WORKS program.

Pay and Compensation

Youll earn a base hourly rate based on facility demand.

Educational Benefits

By joining the ACHA WORKS program, youll receive a free certification while working in a long-term care facility.

Duties:

- Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) to nursing home residents and other patients in accordance with individualized care plans.

- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor

- Be working towards your CNA certification

Requirements to Apply:

- Be of legal age

- Be eligible to work in the US

- Be dependable

Typical Duties include:

- Bathing

- Dressing

- Turning or transferring

- Answering call lights

- Gathering vital signs and documenting

- Combing hair, shaving

- Changing linen

- Assist with personal hygiene
