Job Summary: The Pharmacy Data Analyst collaborates with HMSA business units to deliver actionable information supporting enterprise and operational goals. Responsibilities Align enterprise and business unit goals, strategies and operational needs to identify and produce high‑value analytics. Develop comprehensive data and analytic requirements. Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to derive insights that support strategic and operational objectives. Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external teams for shared understanding and high‑quality data products. Prepare and present relevant and actionable information. Experience writing reports and documenting business requirements. Experience with technical requirements writing. Statistical analysis knowledge. Demonstrated ability to identify issues, collect data and interpret information. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Outlook/Email. Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
