This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cancer immunology , genomics , and spatial biology , with the goal of improving prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic response monitoring.Research Focus You will work with human tissue samples and conduct in-depth analyses of the tumor immune microenvironment using:Spatial transcriptomics & proteomicsNovel immunologic techniques and imaging correlationsIn vitro modeling with potential for in vivo validationWhat You’ll DoDesign & troubleshoot hypothesis-driven experimentsLead high-throughput screens & biomarker discovery projectsAnalyze and interpret large-scale omics data with computational supportMentor research technicians and junior scientistsPublish in high-impact journals and present at scientific conferencesCollaborate with computational biologists, pathologists, and clinical expertsWho Should Apply We welcome applicants with:A Ph.D. in Biology , Cancer Biology , or M.D. with laboratory expertiseAt least 2–3 years of experience with cell-based and molecular techniquesStrong background in cancer immunology , preferably with a hematologic focusSkills in cell culture , PCR , flow cytometry , cloning , western blotting , and related methodsExcellent scientific writing , collaboration , and communication skillsFlexible and highly organized with a strong sense of research ownershipWhy Dana-Farber?
