As we expand our U.S. footprint, were seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth, deepen key partnerships, and ensure educators and clinicians have the tools they need to train confidently and effectively. If youre a proactive, relationship?driven sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys owning a territory, this opportunity offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a measurable impact on clinical training outcomes. What Youll Do Drive Sales & Territory Performance Build strong, in?person relationships with key accounts including nursing and medical schools, hospital?based education teams, patient safety leaders, and clinical decision?makers. Execute the national sales strategy within your region and consistently achieve revenue targets. Deliver all core sales metricscall activity, journey planning, quotation quality, and pipeline efficiency. Maintain a minimum of three customer?facing days per week, ensuring visibility and engagement across key accounts. Maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline and provide timely reporting on sales progress. Plan and execute a rolling 6?week travel schedule based on account prioritization and customer needs. Collaborate closely with internal sales to coordinate campaigns, follow up on exhibition leads, and refine territory planning. Engage the Market Attend and represent the company at major trade shows, conferences, and regional events. Ensure all leads are documented, followed up promptly, and converted into actionable opportunities. Stay fully informed on all product innovations, market trends, and competitor activity within the medical simulation space. Operate with Excellence Partner effectively with internal teamsincluding logistics, customer service, and managementto ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage expenses responsibly and in line with budget expectations. Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure regional data is kept up to date. Travel domestically as required for exhibitions, key account visits, and territory needs.
