Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiates and completes onboarding of new hires in ADP WFN and in our ATS
Work closely with recruiter /office managers of the NJ Sunshine Centers to maintain spreadsheet of new hire status (add)
Work with Credentialing staff on maintaining accurate records and sharing required documentation for credentialing process
Creates new employee file electronically and prepare addendum changes
Serves as a point person for all new employee questions with onboarding, troubleshooting employee inquiries to proactively find solutions
Update ADP & employee files with any employee changes
Runs various ADP reports
Troubleshoots issues within the ADP & ATS systems
Assist payroll Coordinator with timecard audits as needed /run overtime reports
Completes Verification of Employment requests
Performs other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred
2+ years of HR experience and/or HR educational background
2+ years of experience utilizing an HRIS, preferably ADP WFN
2+ years of experience utilizing an ATS, preferably ClearCompany
High level of computer literacy
High level of time management, organizational, attention to detail, & follow up skills so that multiple tasks can be completed with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive Human Resources issues
Strong work ethic, anticipatory nature, and responsiveness to internal and external clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high volume department
