This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with a forward‑looking approach to automation, data, and AI integration. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 3–5 years in a technical or engineering role focused on automation or systems integration. 2–3 years developing and delivering automation solutions using scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) and low‑code tools (Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse). Experience implementing and customizing ITSM and monitoring tools (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Dynatrace, etc.). Proven success leveraging AI tools to accelerate or enhance automation workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems and deliver reliable, maintainable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate automation outcomes into business value. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. 2+ years leading or mentoring technical teams (onshore/offshore preferred). Hands‑on experience with APIs (Microsoft Graph, REST), Azure Databricks, or data pipeline orchestration. Understanding of AI and large language models (LLMs), with experience applying AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot, ChatGPT API, or similar) to enhance automation and decision‑making. Experience in cloud and observability ecosystems (Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk) for building reliability and incident automation. Additional Information Work‑At‑Home Requirements A high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office is required; Associates or contractors who live and work from home in California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. #LI-Remote Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $97,900 - $133,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
