*Job Description:*

Join our team as an MRI TECHNOLOGIST*.*

In this role, the successful candidate Position Summary: Eager, flexible, and responsible for performing all methods of MRI testing.

*Job Responsibilities:* * Administers MRI procedures by operating computerized MRI equipment and recording devices. * Requiring independent judgment, ingenuity & initiative in applying MRI techniques for imaging diagnosis. * Ensures that all procedures have been appropriately ordered with satisfactory patient identification obtained prior to conducting the procedure. * Documents MRI exams according to procedures. * Informs off-site radiologist of any changes in patient's condition or pertinent findings from the examination & alert the appropriate staff of abnormalities that require immediate attention. * Provides for Patient comfort & arranges equipment for the procedure. * Explains the procedure & equipment to the patient clearly. Provides for patient privacy at all times. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Maintains MRI equipment in proper functioning order. Cleans & prepares equipment for patient application. Sterilizes equipment after each isolation patient in accordance with policies. Performs predetermined, preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.

*Minimum Qualifications:* * To qualify you must have a Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree & completion of one year program in MRI; Registered or registry eligible to take the Registry exam or equivalent combination of education & experience. * _Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization._ * Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
