Title Insurance Litigation Attorney – Hybrid (Washington, D.C.) Pay Range $90.00/hr – $100.00/hr Location Hybrid role based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Candidates must be willing to work in the office for onboarding and orientation, as well as periodically as needed. Duration 3 months, with potential renewal for up to one year. Key Responsibilities Manage a substantial caseload of auto liability insurance claims for a major institutional client. Review, analyze, and respond to insurance coverage issues and disputes. Draft correspondence and other legal documents related to auto liability claims. Collaborate with a collegial and supportive team of attorneys and staff. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in the District of Columbia. 5+ years of insurance litigation experience, preferably in‑house or with technology‑focused clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of matters efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Residency in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia is acceptable; candidates must hold a District of Columbia license.
