Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift We are seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to join our 3rd shift team, consisting of 10 employees. This role requires an individual who can work independently, diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery. Depending on experience, initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for 30-90 days. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery with minimal supervision. Execute equipment repairs and adjustments to restore functionality and minimize downtime. Log maintenance and repair activities in accordance with internal quality control procedures. Set up, configure, and program manufacturing equipment for moderately complex production tasks. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent operation. Conduct internal calibration of tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance. Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for equipment servicing. Assist engineering teams with technical tasks involving mechanical and electronic systems. Essential Skills: Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Preventive maintenance expertise. 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Experience with automation, robotics, and PLC programming. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Two-year degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electronics (Preferred). 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (Required). Experience working independently on day-to-day tasks in maintenance (Preferred). Why Work Here? Work Environment: This position is for the 3rd shift, Monday to Friday from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with initial training on the 1st shift. The role is situated in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring gowning up to enter cleanrooms for certain tasks. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of New Brighton, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
