Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Flexible work from home options available. Compensation: $41,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Willowbrook, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Auto insurance Home insurance Life insurance Retirement planning State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
