Position Overview:

As an IT Project Manager in our client's Care Management organization, you will oversee critical projects across various value streams, including Medicare and app development projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, managing sensitive timelines, and delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for project management, resource planning, and addressing roadblocks while keeping leadership informed through bi-weekly executive updates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage critical technology projects across value streams, focusing on Medicare and app development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, manage sensitive timelines, and track progress on critical assessments and compliance reports.
  • Oversee project management activities, including resource planning, budget tracking, and forecasting.
  • Work closely with technical teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to track delivery timelines and resolve roadblocks.
  • Provide regular bi-weekly updates to executive leadership on project status and challenges.
  • Utilize Jira and Azure DevOps for project tracking and management; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.


Top Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Medicare/Medicaid or health insurance projects.
  • Strong background in resource planning, budget tracking, and forecasting.
  • Technical expertise in working with app development teams and understanding technical requirements.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies; SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and handle demanding situations effectively.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within enterprise-level companies.
