This role ensures the successful installation, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of Pregis packaging systems and equipment at customer sites. In addition to managing day-to-day service operations, the Supervisor acts as an escalation point for customer issues, enforces safety standards, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other regional counterparts to deliver world-class service execution.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesHands‑On Leadership – Support and participate in complex installations, repairs, and maintenance to set the benchmark for quality workmanship.Team Development & Mentorship – Train, coach, and evaluate technicians; conduct performance reviews; share best practices.Operational Oversight – Manage schedules, part usage, work order accuracy, and time management; by utilizing Field Service Management software (SAP).Customer Engagement – Serve as a liaison with customers to communicate status, timelines, next steps, and resolve escalations.Safety Oversight – Conduct hazard assessments, enforce PPE compliance, and advocate for a safe workplace.Project & Logistics Coordination – Participate in new install Kick Off Calls and ensure tools, parts, consumables and equipment are available; manage replenishment as needed.Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales and Systems Managers to align service delivery with commercial strategy.Program Ownership – Manage regional service programs, drive quality initiatives, and support new product introductions.Financial Management – Control team‑related expenses (overtime, travel, T&E) and manage budgets against KPIs.Communication – Lead weekly technician calls; distribute notes and follow up on action items with stakeholders.Payroll/Time Cards – Responsible for the administrative oversight of the payroll/time sheet software, in HR Software (Dayforce).Daily Travel 60% (estimated) / Overnight Travel 20% (estimated). Company car provided.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or technical certification required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.5+ years of experience as a field technician and/or in a field service leadership capacity.2+ years of experience in inventory management.Experience with FSM or similar field service management software preferred.Experience with SAP, C4C, or C4S preferred.Strong technical background in mechanical troubleshooting, calibration, and electrical systems, required.Proven ability to develop and manage business processes.Demonstrated success leading teams with limited supervision.Experience in adhering to monthly/annual budgets.Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with all organizational levels and senior client stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and maintain urgency.Job RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable sitting for extended periods in a company vehicle or in an officeFrequent bending, kneeling, and walking long distancesAbility to operate company‑issued electronic devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad) for prolonged periods.Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and able to obtain a scissor lift certificationAbility to work in various environments including warehouses, manufacturing floors, and outdoor settingsTolerance to temperature fluctuationsSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManufacturing, Production, and Project ManagementIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing, Robot Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
