Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Meet contractual conditions of performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Review work progress on a daily basis and make necessary adjustments.Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.Provide regular reports to stakeholders about project status and progress.Ensure all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in place before construction begins.Manage and mitigate project issues and risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Stay up-to-date with DOT regulations and ensure adherence to these standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in commercial, civil, earthworks, and groundwork.Proven experience in geotechnical works.Familiarity with DOT regulations and procedures.Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.Excellent knowledge of construction project management software.Ability to plan and oversee a project to ensure the most efficient and cost‑effective execution.Excellent problem‑solving abilities.Superior management and delegation capabilities.High level of financial responsibility and acumen.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Exceptional customer service skills.PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
