Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung von Aufgaben in unseren innovativen und anspruchsvollen Strategie- und IT-Projekten im Bereich Financial Services in allen Projektphasen – von der Angebotsentwicklung bis zur Abnahme der Projektergebnisse durch den Klienten. Als Senior Consultant führst du selbstständig die Moderation von Präsentationen und Workshops durch, übernimmst deren Vor- und Nachbereitung und bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du unterstützt das Projektteam bei der Entwicklung innovativer Beratungsprodukte und -ansätze. Du betreust und entwickelst deine Kollegen und Kolleginnen auf Einstiegslevel fachlich und teilst aktiv dein Wissen. Qualifikation Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Banking & Finance, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, o.ä. Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor und/oder in der Unternehmensberatung. Fundierte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie IT-Affinität. Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz. Durchsetzungsstärke sowie sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten. Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
