LHH is recruiting for a renown Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm and is looking for an Experienced Investment Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its team in Atlanta. Responsibilities Evaluating and underwriting new investment & development opportunities by analyzing offering memorandums, business plans, & financial models Develop detailed property cash flow projections using Excel and Argus Conduct market research to support underwriting assumptions and identify new opportunities Prepare term sheets, credit memos, and presentations for the Investment Committee Assist with transaction due diligence Oversee investment asset management from origination to disposition Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or associated business degree 1+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector, with a preference for experience in investment sales, acquisitions, or asset management Proficiency in Excel & Argus Experience with CRE research platforms such as CoStar, REIS, RCA, and Trepp is preferred Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst and Finance Industries Real Estate and Financial Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LHH by 2x Benefits Vision insurance Medical insurance 401(k) Disability insurance Get notified about new Investment Analyst jobs in Atlanta Metropolitan Area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
