Work Schedule:

  • Part-time; 20-30 hours per week
  • Days of the week are flexible; must include Friday and Saturday
  • Consistent regular work schedule during regular business hours


Job Overview:
Columbia NW has been serving the Portland Metro area with its heating and air conditioning needs for over 30 years, and as our newest Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing and promoting the products and services of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include building brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling appointments while at a product display located within America's #1 home improvement store. 


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand, embodying our values and demonstrating a friendly and engaging persona. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  2. Appointment Setting: Use our appointment setting app to schedule consultations with our service techs on behalf of the customers.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand's products, features, and benefits and be able to speak with potential customers regarding their needs.
  4. Educational Initiatives: Give out pamphlets and flyers to educate potential customers and partners about our brand's products.
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and communicate feedback to the relevant departments within the organization.
