Job Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable web architectures to support business needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital communication solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams working with Java 11.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards for security and performance.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality code and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web and digital architecture.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance scalability and reliability.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience

· Possess strong expertise in Web Architecture Digital Communication Solutions Architecture and Java 11.

· Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable web solutions.

· Exhibit proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural documentation.

· Show ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

· Have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.

· Display knowledge of best practices and industry standards for security and performance.

· Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills.

· Experience in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus.

· Demonstrate ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

· Show proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting complex technical issues.

· Exhibit a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.

· Have experience in optimizing systems for performance scalability and reliability.

· Display a commitment to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
