Warehouse Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated associates. With a focus on maintaining organized storage, accurate inventory records, and a safe work environment, the Warehouse Manager is integral to our mission of delivering quality products to our retail partners. BENEFITS Holidays and Vacation Paid Time Off Competitive 401(k) + Company Match Training & Development ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products to convenience store locations. Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and policies to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and optimize inventory control. Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or inventory issues. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and returns. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with regulations. Handle any customer inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a warehouse manager or a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
