Our client, a leading real estate and construction firm in Southern California, is seeking a high-level Construction Manager to oversee residential projects, primarily ADU projects, and lead field operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee residential construction and ADU projects from start to finish. Manage and coordinate Project Managers and ensure smooth project execution. Supervise contractors and subcontractors across all trades. Maintain daily documentation, quality control, and schedule management. Coordinate inspections and collaborate with architects, designers, and field teams. Drive problem solving and project delivery in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must Have Qualifications Bilingual with mandatory Chinese language proficiency. Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, specifically with ADUs. Strong knowledge of all construction trades. Current or former GC license highly preferred. Proven experience leading Project Managers. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Ability to commute to San Gabriel, CA, and travel as needed. Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance. PTO.
