Responsibilities/Job Description:Fairview is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Rheumatology practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Maple Grove. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities. Practice Details: Openings: 0.8 FTE Monday Friday, hours dependent on patient needsPatient encounters average 8-12 patients per dayOne rheumatologist physician at Maple Grove Additional specialist on site to offer real-time consultantsEstablished referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Qualifications:Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training programBC/BE through the AANP or ANCCLicensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of NursingAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Demonstrated experience in rheumatology is essential Community Information:Maple Grove is a thriving and rapidly growing suburb of Minneapolis, known for its extensive retail developments, robust economy, and abundant parks.
