In this role, you will be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.ResponsibilitiesInteract with one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and careerContribute to project deliverables, firm collateral and development of internal methodologyWork closely with clients to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions to improve health strategy and operations.Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.Evaluate and redesign healthcare processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.QualificationsEducation And ExperienceEducational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeAuthorized to work in the US.Skills And CompetenciesExperienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problemsFocused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thingDesigner and executer of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teamsCollaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutionsPrioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.Additional InformationTravel: Able to travel 80% of the time.At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $70,000-$135,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
