JOB SUMMARY

A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES
  • Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at residential sites
  • Perform installation or replacements of plumbing systems
  • Perform necessary repairs to previously installed systems
  • Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
  • Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
  • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
  • Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Residential Plumber you will serve clients by expertly repairing and replacing plumbing systems. You will focus on technical excellence, communicating each service performed to your client, explaining the service and maintenance upon completion. You will make sure that customers are 100% satisfied with all work, taking the opportunity to explain and offer additional maintenance programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Legal US Citizen
  • basic hand tools needed to perform general repair work


Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
