Shift: Full-time, Days

*Responsibilities:*
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in the Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Med Surg unit.
* Monitoring patient condition and responding promptly to changes in status.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educating patients and families on post-operative care, rehabilitation, and recovery processes.
* Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

*Requirements:*
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
* Current BLS certification through American Heart Association.
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care assignments effectively.
