The Mission Drive the Field: Lead daily onsite MEP coordination, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades are synchronized. Cooling Innovation: Directly oversee the installation and integration of large‑scale liquid cooling infrastructure. Quality & Pace: Manage fast‑track schedules while enforcing rigorous QA/QC standards and OSHA safety protocols. Problem Solve: Resolve complex field clashes and technical hurdles in real‑time to keep the project on track for commissioning. What You Bring to the Site 5+ Years of Experience: Specifically as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission‑critical data center builds.
