We are seeking an experienced on‑site healthcare recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruiter and shape the future of our workforce The Royster Group, Inc. is a leader in providing executive search, government solutions, and healthcare staffing. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our corporate team to execute full‑cycle recruiting processes to meet healthcare staffing and executive search business goals. Develop talent pipelines by fostering relationships with professional associations and other specialty organizations. Source professional candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field. Seven years of experience in a corporate or agency setting with at least 4 years of experience recruiting senior‑level professionals and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers. Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
