Junior to Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate – Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Our client is a major AM Law 100 firm seeking an associate for its top‑tier Patent Litigation Practice in Houston, Dallas, Richmond, Raleigh, and Washington D.C. offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $260k. Position Overview The associate will handle patent litigation matters including drafting pleadings, researching case law, presenting arguments in court, collaborating with senior attorneys, and managing client communications in compliance with firm practices. Qualifications 1–3 years of patent litigation experience in a law firm. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
