Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive medical care to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and conditions. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with patients, offer preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and coordinate with specialists when necessary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and provide individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver preventive care, including vaccinations and health screenings.
- Perform minor surgical procedures and medical interventions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records.
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care as applicable.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Refer patients to specialists for advanced care when required.
Qualifications :
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.
- Active medical license in the state of practice.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
