Anticipate changing market conditions and deliver creative, differentiated features that keep XODO Sign competitive in a dynamic space. Use analytics, usage patterns, and market research to validate priorities, measure success, and inform strategic pivots. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature launches, migrations, and adoption programmes. Explore and integrate AI technologies to streamline internal workflows and enhance product processes. Requirements 5+ years in product management (with at least 2+ years at a senior level), ideally in SaaS with a focus on productivity tools or workflow automation. Proven success in scaling high‑growth products, including pricing strategy, trial conversion, and customer lifecycle optimisation. Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions, make confident decisions, and deliver results in an evolving market. Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and integrations that support SaaS platforms and hybrid B2C/B2B offerings. Strong influencing and communication skills, able to present clear recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders. Passionate about gathering feedback and building solutions that directly improve business and user outcomes. Self‑starter comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating effectively with global engineering teams. Remote‑ready, comfortable operating in a distributed environment; preferred locations in Eastern/Central time zones or Europe. Nice to Haves Understanding of security, compliance, and identity management needs (e.g., HIPAA, SSO, MFA) in e‑signature platforms. Background working on products with hybrid B2C and B2B business models. Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience & qualifications. Generous PTO to support rest and recharge. A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential. Highly autonomous environment with excellent work‑life balance. A collaborative, diverse, and inclusive workplace that supports continuous growth.
