Position Summary:We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Lead Line Cook / Expo to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining the quality and flow of food during service, ensuring dishes are prepared to spec, and coordinating the final plating and delivery of orders to the front-of-house.Key Responsibilities:Lead the line during service, maintaining quality, speed, and accuracyManage the expo station: organize tickets, communicate clearly between kitchen and serversEnsure all plates are properly garnished, completed, and meet presentation standardsSupport and motivate line cooks, stepping into any station as neededCommunicate clearly and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environmentMaintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all timesAssist with prep, inventory, and end-of-shift dutiesRequirements:1 years of line cook experience in a high-volume kitchenStrong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and ticket organizationExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work well with a teamFlexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
