General Surgery Program Director Opportunity - Immediate Need Full-time Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of a General Surgery Residency Program at the HCA Hospital affiliate in Central, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated leader to input on building a program from the ground up. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Core Faculty member, Associate Program Director, or Program Director in an ACGME–accredited General Surgery program Clinically active in General Surgery Board Certified in General Surgery Previous leadership / administrative experience Willing to combine Administrative and Diagnostic (teaching) Responsibilities (50/50) Strong administrative and team-building skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Candidates with recent scholarly activity (peer-reviewed funding, original research or review articles, textbook chapters, case reports or clinical series at scientific meetings, or participation in national committees or educational organizations) are highly encouraged to apply All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
