Your daily responsibilities will include: **Leasing & Sales** – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment. **Prospect Engagement** – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking. **Administrative Support** – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately. **Resident Relations & Events** – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests. **Marketing & Outreach** – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends. **Community Presentation** – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.### ### ### **Why You’ll Love Working with Us:** **$21.50 - $22.00 an hour + earn** **35%-40% more on average** through leasing bonuses and incentives **Generous Rental Discounts** at an AMLI apartment community **Comprehensive Benefits Package** – Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage **401(k) with Company Match** **Tuition Reimbursement** – Invest in your future **Paid Time Off** – Up to 17 days (Vacation, Personal, Sick) + Paid Holidays.
