Job Details Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Washington, D.C. Clearance: Top Secret Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior Employment Type: Full‑time Contractor Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy scalable enterprise‑level multi‑tier/full‑stack software applications according to SDLC standards. Identify and propose emerging technologies, automation, or alternative solutions to improve support for developers and application stakeholders. Design, develop, and deliver software systems that conform to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Develop and maintain documentation, inline comments, Confluence pages, and stand‑alone documents to support readability of the design and code. Produce results, troubleshoot, and develop an enterprise system independently while coordinating with team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 13 years of relevant experience. Top Secret Clearance. Work will be 100% on site. Expertise with UI web frameworks such as React or Angular, TypeScript, and Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Experience implementing automated large‑scale data CI/CD pipelines and data frame processing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and research abilities. Ability to focus, produce results, and learn new concepts. Working Conditions Possible off‑hours work to support the needs of the business. Physical Requirements Stand or sit; walk; use hands/fingers to handle or feel; see. Light lifting up to 20 lbs. (Maximum lifting 20 lbs. with frequent lift/carry up to 10 lbs.)
