Are you a talented and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist seeking an exciting career opportunity? We are looking for a floater Hygienist to help our offices in Roanoke and surrounding areas. Potential candidate would cover our Roanoke office on Mondays and Rocky Mount office on Thursdays, in addition to covering office hygiene needs on other days (vacations, out sick, etc) Great opportunity for someone looking for part time hours and flexible scheduling

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $45+ per hour , offering excellent earning potential, along with a commission bonus system that can add an additional $10-$20 hourly for productive hygienists.

Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Virginia.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of the latest dental hygiene practices.
Proficiency in digital charting, dental radiography, and other modern dental technologies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and build lasting relationships.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to ensure the highest level of patient comfort and satisfaction.
