**Acute Care Surgery opening in Quincy, IL**2 hours to St. Louis, MOSearching for board eligible/board certified acute care surgeon to join our multi-specialty group.- Block surgicalist weeks followed by partial week outpatient follow-up time. - Base salary is at or above the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVUs.Compensation:- Salary base plus productivity incentive bonus plan.- Salary increase with 3 or More Years of Practice Experience, plus productivity incentive bonus plan- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included.- Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.Benefits:- Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD & D insurance- Malpractice coverage with tail- 403(b) pension plan plus 457(b) tax-deferral option- Employee childcare center- Six weeks annual paid time off- One week of CME- $5,000 professional expense allowanceABOUT HEALTH SYSTEMHealth System employs almost 300 physicians and advanced practice providers. The System operates the main Hospital, a 347-bed regional referral center in Quincy, Illinois, (population 45,000) and a Community Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility in Pittsfield, Illinois, (population 4,200).
