Leveraging these resources, we strive daily to lead the industry in program management and service delivery.Job SummaryAs a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customers, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD – 50%Technical design and solutioning – 20%Troubleshooting – 20%Guiding junior resources – 10%Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (In lieu of Bachelor's degree an Associate's Degree plus two (2) extra years of experience can be substituted)5+ years of experience developing within any module of ServiceNow5+ years of experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD module3+ years of experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories 5+ years.2+ years of experience leading technical or development teamsMust be US CitizenMust be able and willing to obtain Public Trust clearancePreferred SkillsAgile certification, preferably with SAFe.ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration2+ years of experience building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST)2+ years of experience with enterprise design thinkingCandidates from Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) are strongly encouraged to apply.
