About Company:
A/C Technical Services, LLC is a medium sized HVAC Contractor located west of San Antonio, close to Castroville, Texas. We provide HVAC Installation and Service to customers located in Central and South Texas. Overview:
A/C Technical Services, LLC is in search of an Assistant Controller to work closely with the owners and oversee the accounting functions. This is a hands-on controllership position. The candidate will also oversee and be the backup for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for reconciling all general ledger accounts and generating in-house financial statements. Job duties also include reconciling job cost and preparing the monthly work in process schedule for construction jobs. In addition, the candidate will prepare and file monthly sales tax and insurance reports and prepare and file quarterly payroll tax reports.
Various other duties are also included as they pertain to daily, weekly and monthly duties of an Assistant Controller.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 10-15 Years Experience
Degree in Accounting
Proficient in Construction accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Detail Oriented
Strong Organizational skills
