Assembler III

Timings : 6 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate : $16.50
- All workers earn the same amount in this position.
- Please be cognizant of your bill rate with this role as anything to high will be rejected.
- Assembler 1 is responsible to perform the duties in the Manufacturing cell and station that they have been assigned to.
- Assembler 1 will be required to understand and adhere to the safety requirements for the facility and maintain the proper use of all required PPE for the line they are assigned to. Assembler 1 will be expected to work in a team environment and produce at the established rate to keep a continuous workflow on the line.
- Assembler 1 is required the know steps needed to accomplish their assigned operation and provide a brief verbal description of what that task is.
- Assembler 1 is required to follow verbal and written instructions and or accept feedback from the trainer or Group lead for the line they have been assigned to.
- Assembler 1 is required to report to their assigned line on time at the beginning of their shift and returning from break periods.
- Assembler are expected to possess the skills or abilities as listed below Dexterity to work around simple assemblies or subassemblies, box assembly Ability to apply manual labeling Ability to perform self-inspection.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Accept feedback or coaching from the trainer or Group Lead on the line they are assigned to.
- Ability to maintain quality and quantity standards per workstation. Ability to do simple math operations. Color distinction. Good eye hand coordination.
- Performs housekeeping audits. Maintains workplace clean and organized (6S).
- Attention to detail.
- Other duties as required Physical demands Stand up most of the 8-hour shift, lifting to 30 pounds Some pulling and pushing.
