As a Move Money Hotline Operations Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to clients and internal partners via phone calls and internal chat, handling escalated calls and resolving issues while minimizing risk. You will be responsible for risk prevention, processing of money movements, and educating on policies and procedures related to money movement and asset transfers. Key responsibilities include effectively managing and evaluating risk, actively listening to client needs, and providing innovative solutions. You will also work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, proactively educating clients and internal partners on our products and services, and supporting business initiatives by developing strong partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in client service or operations, with a strong background in the brokerage/financial industry. Required skills include excellent communication, operational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage complex work and be self-directed. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude, team orientation, and strong work ethic.
