The Multi Store Manager will be an on-the-floor leader in a multi-unit environment, coaching, developing, and inspiring a team of brand ambassadors for Sunglass Hut. This role creates an environment where a team delivers exceptional service through The Sunglass Hut Experience, consistently models all Sunglass Hut Experience behaviors, and meets store and personal sales goals. The Multi Store Manager ensures adherence to brand standards, policies, procedures, training, and ongoing development.The Multi Store Manager fosters an environment where everyone delivers great service that translates into sales, using leadership, energy, and decisive action to motivate the team and hold them accountable for results.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesAccountable for delivering both stores and personal sales goals and all KPIsDrive sales by identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve individual, store, and mall goalsInspire the team through growth plans, performance improvement plans with documentation, and follow-up to promote accountabilityCreate an environment of shared wins through coaching, development, mentoring, and inspiration to enhance mall performanceNetwork, recruit, and hire to staffing needs, filling open positions in a timely manner using appropriate company toolsTrain staff using onboarding tools and ensure completion is reflected on saturation reportsFoster a fun, inclusive work environment that reflects the brand cultureSpend majority of time on sales floor engaged with customers and coaching associatesContinuously coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of The Sunglass Hut ExperienceBuild and protect the integrity and essence of the Sunglass Hut Brand and related brands, including building relationships with host environmentsEnsure execution and adherence to Brand standards, operations policies and procedures, visual standards, inventory control, training and ongoing developmentResponsible for all aspects of associate scheduling to meet business needsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma and 2+ years of leadership experienceTime managementProblem solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePrevious leadership in retail or customer service experience preferredThe Multi Store Manager is expected to work on the highest traffic driving days to ensure delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience and meet sales goals.
