Director Marketing Data & Digital Solutions Are you ready to lead the next wave of marketing innovation? We’re looking for a Director Marketing Data & Digital Solutions to drive our digital evolution, overseeing data‑driven marketing infrastructure and cutting‑edge digital solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role collaborating across marketing, IT, and vendor partners to deliver impactful campaigns and insights. This range is provided by Engage Partners Inc. Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr – $210,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus What You’ll Do Lead implementation of marketing and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Optimize marketing technology tools, AI, and data systems for better efficiency and insights. Build roadmaps, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership. Manage multiple projects, budgets, and vendor contracts. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers. Analyze data from multiple sources to inform strategy and drive marketing performance. Stay ahead of trends in digital solutions, AI, and marketing tech. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing data, digital solutions, or similar roles. Experience leading projects in healthcare, academic medical center organizations. Deep knowledge of marketing technologies, agile/SCRUM methodologies, and AI tools. Azure, Power BI, Teradata, LiveRamp, Databricks, DOMO and Snowflake. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
