Offer treatments such as lather neck shaves and relaxing shoulder massages to add a “wow” factor. Continuously elevate your skills and learn new tricks of the trade through a steady flow of clients. Support the barbershop’s positive and ego‑free environment. Qualifications Active Illinois barber or cosmetology license. Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others. Strong work ethic and motivation to do an excellent job. Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
