Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Full Time Float – Nassau County – 4p-12a M-F Posted 1 month ago. Be among the first 25 applicants. Position Full Time Float – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Pay & Shift Hours: 4p-12a M-FBase pay: $68/hr–$89/hr (experience-based)Differential: $5/hr premium plus $30/hr night differential (8p-12a) Responsibilities Provide patient care across all adult and pediatric ages, perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints), read EKGs and interpret X-rays, administer tests, vaccines and medications, maintain EMR entries, and collaborate with team members.
