Financial Services IT Specialist

Provide immediate responsive support for employees seeking technical assistance

Support users outside of work hours on an ad hoc basis

Oversee the installation of new hardware and software for users and maintain inventory log

Maintain and troubleshoot existing PCs and peripherals throughout the company's network including but not limited to PCs and laptops

Service desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printer/scanner/copiers, audio visual equipment and set up equipment

Provide training on an as-needed basis to employees

Support remote employees with technical assistance, remote access connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software

Maintain offices in Miami, Houston, and New York with monthly travel to New York and Houston to ensure systems are operational

Research, propose and implement potential technology improvements

Assist in deployment of new technologies and other related tasks

Familiarity with ICE, Bloomberg, CME Cloud9
3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services space

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required

Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of Windows-based software

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
