Support within the Department:
There is always another tech on with you 24/7
Scheduling:
Varied schedule:
Primarily work night shifts
Possibility to work day shifts
Mixture of 12/10/8 hr shifts (one week 12hrs, the next 10hrs, etc.)
Weekend rotation: weekend rotation, discussed during interview
