The Challenge:

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join our team in the renovation and construction of various bases across the West Coast. Ideal candidates are willing to travel independent thinkers, self-motivated, communicate proactively, enjoy collaborating within and beyond the project team.

This role requires travel to several different job sites.

Principle Areas of Responsibility:

Must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.

Demonstrated experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1.

Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed..

Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations.

Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.

Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years construction experience

Understands all facets of the construction process

Preferred QCS Trained, OSHA 30 Hour trained, Trade License (Electrician, Plumber, etc.)

Ability to pass a background check.

Desired Skills

Proven work experience in US Government construction management

Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
