Title: BILLING ANALYST

Location: Princeton NJ (This role follows a Hybrid schedule that will vary: 3 days WFH/2 days @ Princeton office OR 2 days WFH/3 days @ Princeton office)

Duration: 4 months



Work within our order processing & billing departments with hands-on contract and sales order processing
Work with our compliance department to ensure risk management adherence and SOX compliance
Work on the current project which spans multiple departments and systems
Perform billing, adjustments, reconciliation, balancing, research, and customer service-related activities supporting the company's business operations



**The current project is implementing SAP BRIM, which will be our global B2B billing system for order management through invoicing. Phase 1 of the project is 16 months, and it's the main focus of most of the team. We need one person in the billing department to backfill the day-to-day work for some people to share knowledge for the project, as well as research and help clean up current data points in the systems in advance of migration to the new system. Salesforce is our current CRM system and any knowledge or previous work in that system would be helpful. It's trainable, so it is not necessary, just helpful. Pulling data down into Excel and analyzing it is definitely more critical**



REQUIRED

Previous experience on a project or in a corporate environment is a plus
An analytical approach to solving problems
Competency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and billing systems preferred.
