Proficient in mentoring and guiding technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Led digital transformation projects with a focus on operational efficiencies. Coordinated with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Managed multi-geo delivery programs and exposure to operating and scalable delivery models. Exposure to GenAI and latest technologies is a plus. Extensive experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies. Strong knowledge of various JAVA frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. Skilled in designing scalable and secure applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, enhancing system stability and efficiency. Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Services. Experience in migrating on-premises applications to the cloud, leveraging cloud-native services for optimization. Proficient in implementing cloud security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance. Ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness. Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science from a reputed university.
