Join us and be a part of something truly rewarding Key Responsibilities Implement assigned restorative programs with residents, which may include: Range of Motion Splint or Brace Assistance (Amputation/Prosthetic Care) Functional Mobility (transfers, bed mobility, and ambulation) Positioning Activities of Daily Living (Dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting) Eating and/or swallowing (Restorative/Assisted Dining/Free Water) Other supportive tasks, such as communication, breath support, and wellness Document resident participation and attendance in assigned programs. Provide valuable feedback to the interdisciplinary team regarding any changes in residents receiving therapy. Participate in TMC or facility training sessions and meetings as needed. Effectively manage your workload in collaboration with the Rehab Director.
Adhere to HIPPA guidelines to maintain resident privacy. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred A genuine passion and patience for working with the elderly Experience with Geriatric wellness programs is a plus Ability to safely lift, turn, move, and transport patients in various settings Capable of performing minimal assist transfers independently (lifting and controlling up to 50 pounds) TMC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
