We are looking for a dedicated AVP Managed Care like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead payer contracting and revenue optimization across a diverse healthcare portfolio valued between $1.0B and $2.5B. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, managing payer relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives across hospitals, behavioral health facilities, emergency departments, ambulatory surgery centers, and ancillary services. The AVP will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external payers to ensure alignment with company goals and market strategies. This role will primarily support markets in Idaho and Alaska but may also work with other markets as needed. Key responsibilities include optimizing net revenue, leading contract negotiations, supporting strategic planning, maximizing contract yield, driving denial management, developing and mentoring staff, contributing to strategic initiatives, and engaging with senior leadership. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred, 10+ years of relevant experience is required, experience in Managed Care contract negotiations for a hospital system or Managed Care Organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
